ROADROAM Privacy Policy

Welcome to ROADROAM (the "App" or "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we
collect, use, store and disclose your information when you use the App and its
compatible smart hardware, and your privacy rights under applicable U.S., Canadian
and other laws.
The App is operated by Shenzhen Lingxi Shidai Technology Co., Ltd. ("we" or "us"), a
company established under the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Core Data and Cross-Border Storage Statement
North American Data Localization: All account and hardware data of North American
users are stored on U.S. cloud servers and will never be transferred to or stored on
servers outside the U.S.
On-Demand Uploads: Basic App features require no account; data remain local.
Account and synchronized hardware data are uploaded to U.S. cloud servers
only when you choose to register and sign in.
Notice at Collection: When collecting personal information, we provide a brief
notice at the relevant collection point in the App; full details appear in this Policy.
In local mode without signing in, we collect no personal information requiring
cloud storage.
1. Definitions
Personal Data: Information identifying or linkable to an individual under U.S.
federal and state privacy laws, Canada's PIPEDA and similar laws, including
email addresses, IP addresses and device identifiers linked to a specific person.
App: The ROADROAM mobile software application.
Smart Hardware: ROADROAM smart RV devices paired with the App.
Device: Hardware that can run the App, such as a phone or tablet.
You / User: An individual using the Service.
Support Inquiries: Messages you voluntarily send to official@roadroam.com.
Service Providers: Third parties strictly bound to process data on our behalf, only as we
instruct. They may not use the data for their own independent commercial purposes.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 No Login Required (Local Mode)
Without account registration, Bluetooth measurements, device pairing and related data
stay on your phone and are never uploaded to cloud servers. The App does not
automatically upload personally identifiable information, IP addresses or device
identifiers to our servers.

2.2 Information Collected When You Register (Cloud Mode)
If you choose to register an account and use cloud services, we collect:
Account Credentials: Email address and password hash. Passwords are stored
in an irreversible encrypted form; we do not retain plaintext passwords.
Smart Hardware Data: Device serial numbers, operating/measurement data and status.
Network Information: IP addresses generated by device communications, used for
cloud connectivity and service security, and treated as personal data under the CCPA.
Bluetooth MAC Address: Used only for local phone pairing. It is not uploaded
to the cloud unless you actively enable cloud synchronization.
2.3 Customer Support Emails
We receive your voluntarily provided email address and message only when you email
official@roadroam.com. The App does not collect this information automatically in the
background.
3. How We Use Information
Core Services: Verify account logins, synchronize smart hardware with the cloud,
manage devices, deliver firmware updates and keep the Service operating normally.
Customer Support: Your emails are used only to answer and resolve your inquiries.
Security: Detect unusual logins, prevent risks, and secure accounts and hardware services.
Strict Limits: We do not use account data, hardware data or emails for advertising,
profiling or third-party marketing, or make automated decisions with significant legal
effects on users.
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We strictly comply with CCPA/CPRA and other laws and do not sell or share personal
information for commercial purposes. We may disclose it only in these limited circumstances:
Service Providers: Bound U.S.-based providers supply data storage and computing services.
They process data only under our written instructions and may not use it for their own
independent commercial purposes.
Legal Requests: Valid U.S./Canadian court orders or lawful government inquiries.
Corporate Restructuring: A merger, acquisition or asset transfer. If users' personal data
are transferred with assets, we will reasonably notify users beforehand; the data remain
subject to this Policy.
Global Privacy Control (GPC): We respect browser GPC signals. Because we do
not sell or share personal information for commercial purposes, receiving a GPC
signal requires no additional opt-out action.
"Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information": Since we do not sell or share
personal information for commercial purposes, our privacy webpage does not require
a dedicated opt-out link.
5. Data Retention
Account Data: Retained while the account exists. After account deletion, we
delete all account records and linked hardware data within a reasonable
business timeframe, retaining limited records only where required by law.

Local Mode: All measurement data stay on your phone, not on our servers.
Support Emails: Retained only for the minimum time needed to handle your
inquiry, then deleted. We do not build persistent user profiles from support emails.
6. Statutory Privacy Rights of U.S. and Canadian Users
Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and other U.S. states, and Canada,
have statutory rights including the right to know, correction, deletion and non-discrimination.
Exercising Your Rights: Request account deletion in the App, or email
official@roadroam.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal data.
Identity Verification: We use reasonable measures to verify your identity when
handling requests and do not ask for more personal information than necessary.
Response Time: We respond to valid, verifiable consumer requests within 45
calendar days. Complex requests may receive one lawful extension of up to 45
days; we will explain the reason within the initial 45-day period.
7. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
The App is for users aged 13 and above. We prohibit registration by children under 13 and do
not knowingly collect their personal information, in full compliance with the U.S. Children's
Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
If a parent or guardian learns that a child under 13 has registered without permission
or sent us a support email, please contact us. Once we confirm that we have collected
personal information from a child under 13, we will take commercially reasonable steps
to immediately delete all such information from our systems.
8. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption for account and hardware data on U.S. servers.
Strict security safeguards apply to local Bluetooth communications.
Disclaimer: Despite reasonable safeguards, no method of internet transmission or
electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute information security.
9. Third-Party Links and SDKs
The Service may link to third-party websites we do not operate. We are not responsible
for their privacy policies or content. Please read their privacy notices before visiting.
The App may use third-party SDKs for cloud services, firmware updates and
other purposes. Their data processing is governed by their own privacy policies.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy. For material changes, we will update
the "Last Updated" date above and publish the revised Policy on our public privacy
webpage. The App provides access to the latest Policy. Continued use of the App after
an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

11. Governing Law
U.S. Users: Applicable U.S. federal and state laws apply.
Canadian Users: Canadian federal and provincial privacy laws (PIPEDA) also apply.
